Partners Vladimir and Tim work together to lead and grow the company. Vladimir has a passion for construction, having learned the trade from his father in the Ukraine. With his attention to detail and quick learning, he became a foreman at a young age and eventually a project manager. After moving to the U.S., Vladimir found work in construction, specializing in siding installation. He quickly became the most sought-after siding installer in Missouri. Like his father, Vladimir now mentors young men and helps them achieve their goals for a better life. He treats everyone he meets with respect, like a brother.

Tim joined Vladimir as the first employee when the company expanded to the Kansas City Metro area. Through hard work and a commitment to quality, the company was able to secure a multi-family project in St. Louis and saw significant growth. The team, nicknamed "The Hardworking Ukrainian Crew," grew four times its size.

Due to the company's success, Vladimir brought Tim on as a partner. Tim now serves as the general manager and provides ongoing sales training, while Vladimir oversees the construction crew to ensure that they meet and maintain our high standards.

To this day US Quality Construction continues to thrive and expand. We take great pride in our commitment to excellence and are dedicated to maintaining our reputation as a leader in the home improvement industry.
